Its Monday Morning, and a Rainy Day it appears to be. I personally like the rain very much. It also adds more to the setting. I used to enjoy smoking a cigarette and watching the rain. That was very enjoyable for me. Thats why in my song I'm Not Alone you hear the lyrics :"I stand outside downstairs,smoke a cigarette,raindrops tonight reminds me of my regrets". I am signing up for a new real estate firm today. This time I am going to be back in queens doing neighborhoods that I am familiar with. I will also learn about short sales and foreclosures. This is truely something beneficial given our current economic state. I will keep you guys updated!
